Hi Everyone,
Welcome back to BullPoo! As you may have noticed, we've completely overhauled the site, and improved almost every aspect of it. Check out some of the new stuff on our
feature tour
.
We are still in the midst of ironing out some minor bugs and if you run into any issues please don't hesitate to let us know on the feedback forum or directly through our
contact form
.
Some of our older features like the tracking portfolio and notes have not been included in this release, but rest assured that they will be back into the site within a couple weeks with all your data intact.
On behalf of the whole BullPoo team, we hope you enjoy the new version of BullPoo! Stay tuned, there's more to come!

Trading system is not working well. I put in a MARKET short for CVTX for this morning. The stock opened at 9.05, I got 8.89 - WHAT??
Second, I put in a LIMIT order to buy CVTX at 8.20 - somehow I got hit at 8.81....
This is by NO means the first time this has happened to me.
How can we trust the rankings when the system is working this poorly?

Hi CaliGray,
I understand your frustration and all of the developers are monitoring trades and tweaking the trading system as trades get processed. We appreciate you telling us about the problems you're experiencing and I will make sure to fix the transaction records for those trades.

Yes, and I couldn't cover the short either when the stock was down. It kept saying that buying power was exceeded.

We've done some additional tuning and fixed the trading issues, so things should be back to normal now.
Thanks for reporting them!

The issue of covering shorts still hasn't been fixed. Also, I couldn't log on for most of the morning.

It seems the issue is unique to your portfolio, and we will look into it to find the source of it. Thanks for reporting and for your patience.
We apologize for this morning, our ISP was doing some unexpected maintenance and it brought our site down for a short time.

I was an avid bullpoo user, checking stocks and making trades on a daily basis, it was something that I looked forward to. Just so you know, I now think that it is horrible! It is difficult to use and I really don't care to learn about the "new features." It was fine the way it was, just a simple fun way to track the stock market. If you ever change it back let me know, and I'll log back on.

Why don't limit order prices show up on my open order list?? I already know the market price from my portfolio.

Hey I think you guys did a great job! The new layout looks excellent. Keep up the great work. I read about different currencies - when will those be out?

Hi everyone,
We're aware that the site is running a little bit slower than usual, and it's due to some significantly increased traffic lately. We are in the process optimizing the server to handle the extra load, so please bear with us.
Apologies for any inconvenience!
